Meet Our Doctors
Rimple Singh-Crawford, DDS
Dr. Rimple Singh-Crawford earned her dental degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago. She places continuing education among her highest priorities, and has completed studies at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She has also been certified to provide Invisalign invisible braces.
Dr. Singh-Crawford speaks fluent English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. She enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry and strives to provide superior care with a compassionate touch.
Toussaint Crawford, DDS
Dr. Toussaint Crawford founded Fenton Family Dental in 2009. It’s been a labor of love, at times harder than others. He initially got into dentistry in 2000 and was fortunate to be able to work with his uncle, who was a dentist. This experience working together really brought Dr. Crawford into the dentistry game. Starting out, he had no real idea that he was going to be a dentist, but the exposure encouraged him to pursue it full-time as a career. Dr. Crawford ended up staying in his uncle’s practice all the way through 2008, and by that time he had become a dentist himself. During this period, he had evolved from front desk associate to being an assistant, a steri-tech, and making the retainers in the back for patients. This experience gave him the knowledge to help propel his career forward.
For dental school, Dr. Crawford attended Howard University and graduated in 2007. Before that, he went to Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, getting a degree in business. Dr. Crawford likes to combine those two specialties with Fenton Family Dental.
Our core values are: love, learn, thrive, teach. When you come into the office, you’ll see some of the team wearing t-shirts with these values. Those core values mean a lot to the team, and everyone tries to live up to them as much as they can every day. Anyone who has really tried to live up to high ideals knows that you will fail sometimes, but it’s the journey that gets you there. For the team that works here, we try to provide them with real blueprints on how to exemplify love, learn, thrive, teach as much as possible. We have listed out 25 ways on a poster that is framed on the wall in our office. We believe we are getting better at these goals every day.
In terms of dentistry here at Fenton Family Dental, our practice specializes in smile design, implants, Invisalign®, traditional dental work, and all of it is based in digital dentistry. Our practice is going to show you exactly what’s happening, take digital photos, and show you on scans. Our goal is for you to be part of this discovery journey that helps us not only explain dentistry but choose a solution that will work for your health goals. Again, digital dentistry is the basis for everything we do.
Dr. Crawford has a wife and three kids. They live in Virginia to be closer to their two step-kids. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Crawford attended St. Vincent Pallotti High School in Laurel to play basketball, which is a huge, huge passion in his life. He still plays basketball four to five times a week!
Dr. Crawford’s kids are now 20, 15, and 5. The two eldest are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters. His younger child is doing an assortment of sports but plays a lot of tennis and basketball. Dr. Crawford’s wife is also a dentist, and a dentist in the practice. They met at a previous job at Neibauer Dental Care.
Nahal Vosoughi, DDS
Dr. Nahal Vosoughi received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) with honors in 2012 from the University of Tehran, Iran. She subsequently attended the Doctorate of Dental Medicine program at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (UMDNJ), class of 2018.
Dr. Vosoughi truly believes that performing dentistry is a perfect combination of art and science. Her passion for dentistry goes back to when she was a little girl. Her grandmother suffered from teeth problems that no dentist could solve. Dr. Vosoughi decided to become a dentist and provide the level of care her grandmother deserved. Now, as a dentist, she is able to make restorative and cosmetic changes in her patients’ smiles to relieve them of pain.
TANYA JADHAV, DMD
Dr. Tanya Jadhav earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Master of Dental Surgery in periodontology from India, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. She stays up to date through continuing education courses to better serve her patients. Dr. Jadhav joined Fenton Family Dental in 2021 and feels fortunate to be a part of a profession where she can help patients smile with confidence and help them reach their dental goals and dreams.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jadhav enjoys traveling, cooking, painting, and mosaic artwork, as well as spending time with her husband, Amit Chavan.
Paiyaum Bibizadeh, DDS
Dr. Paiyaum Bibizadeh was born and raised in Annandale, Virginia. He graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Tech in 2015. Following graduation, he started studying dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Bibizadeh completed a general dentistry residency program at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY.
Dr. Bibizadeh is extremely passionate about providing the finest possible care to his patients while helping them feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their visits and treatments. He is trained in providing comprehensive dental care from simple to complex cases. Dr. Bibizadeh is active in the dental community as a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Bibizadeh is accepting new patients and is very excited to be joining the team at Fenton Family Dental. He speaks both English and Farsi.
In his free time, Dr. Bibizadeh enjoys spending time with his friends and family and is a big fan of sports and film.
Yohan Arambepola, DMD
Dr. Yohan Arambepola is a dedicated dental professional with a passion for crafting beautiful smiles and a commitment to clinical excellence. Graduating with honors from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Yohan’s educational journey started from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, where he obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015.
Driven by his love for dentistry and his patients, Dr. Yohan actively seeks opportunities for continuous education. He has undertaken specialized implant and Invisalign courses, demonstrating his dedication to advancing his clinical skills to provide the best possible treatments for his patients.
Dr Yohan’s aspiration to become a general dentist was inspired by his doctor parents and an early exposure to patient care, instilling in him a lifelong dedication to helping others.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Dr. Yohan is a passionate sports enthusiast and shares a love for travel with his wife.
Ronny Khalek, DDS
Dr. Ronny Khalek obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, graduating with honors in restorative dentistry and urgent care.
Dr. Khalek prides himself in providing excellent dental care with a kind demeanor and clear communication. He consistently takes continuing education courses to expand his knowledge and skills in all aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Khalek enjoys exercising, playing guitar and singing, and traveling.
Ruqaya Abourawi, DMD
Dr. Ruqaya Abourawi earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She is passionate about patient education, empowering her patients to attain their dental health objectives. Driven by a commitment to ongoing professional growth, she continually seeks further education to provide her patients with top-quality care.
Outside of her profession, Dr. Abourawi enjoys spending time with her loved ones, fitness, boxing, and traveling.
Jasmine Jones, DMD
Dr. Jasmine Jones obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. She is a Maryland native and is eager to provide the highest quality of care to her community.
Dr. Jones loves forming meaningful relationships with her patients, while still educating them on the importance of their oral health. Dr. Jones constantly seeks new opportunities to continue her education and expand her knowledge in this constantly evolving profession.
In her free time, Dr. Jones loves to spend time with her family and friends, go to the gym, cook, and travel the world.
Kyung Han, dds
Dr. Kyung Han was originally born in South Korea and moved to the United States when he was 13. He graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2018 and has been practicing dentistry ever since. During his time in New York, Dr. Han volunteered on various community services including senior centers and public schools in Queens and Brooklyn.
Dr. Han loves dentistry and believes that excellent dentistry comes from a precise combination of craftsmanship and fundamental knowledge of facial anatomy. Also, he believes that successful dentistry comes from providing patients with a solid understanding of the underlying rationale of all procedures and coming up with ideal treatment plans that are unique to each patient.
He is an active member of the ADA and KADA, where he continuously discusses his cases with other dentists from various specialties to improve his treatments on his patients.
In his free time, Dr. Han likes to visit workshops for clay pot crafting, painting, or just to invent new cooking recipes at home.
Martin Kim, DDS
Dr. Kim graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in biology and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Maryland. He took part in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program as a fourth-year dental student. Through the program, he gained much deeper appreciation for dentistry.
He strives to deliver high-quality work in services including crowns & bridges, veneers, implant surgery, root canal therapy, extractions, denture & implant restorations, and more.
Dr. Kim is passionate about improving health and providing quality services to patients. He chose dentistry for the ability to interact with patients face to face and to be involved in patient care from start to finish. He enjoys restoring patients’ smiles, function, and confidence. One of his favorite parts of the day is seeing new patients and coming up with a comprehensive treatment plan to address each patient’s individual needs. It is almost like solving a complex puzzle, together with the patient!
He takes extra time with each patient to address their needs and answer any questions or concerns. It is important to Dr. Kim that each patient feels welcome and that their expectations are met. Patients say that their experiences have been comfortable, relaxing, and pain-free!
As a resident of Maryland (and formerly Virginia), Dr. Kim enjoys being surrounded by nature, metropolis, and everything in between. He enjoys working out, playing golf and basketball, and discovering local cuisine. At home, he can be found immersed in books, watching sports, or playing games.
