Meet Our Doctors
Rimple Singh-Crawford, DDS
Dr. Rimple Singh-Crawford earned her dental degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago. She places continuing education among her highest priorities, and has completed studies at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She has also been certified to provide Invisalign invisible braces.
Dr. Singh-Crawford speaks fluent English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. She enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry and strives to provide superior care with a compassionate touch.
Toussaint Crawford, DDS
Dr. Toussaint Crawford founded Fenton Family Dental in 2009. It’s been a labor of love, at times harder than others. He initially got into dentistry in 2000 and was fortunate to be able to work with his uncle, who was a dentist. This experience working together really brought Dr. Crawford into the dentistry game. Starting out, he had no real idea that he was going to be a dentist, but the exposure encouraged him to pursue it full-time as a career. Dr. Crawford ended up staying in his uncle’s practice all the way through 2008, and by that time he had become a dentist himself. During this period, he had evolved from front desk associate to being an assistant, a steri-tech, and making the retainers in the back for patients. This experience gave him the knowledge to help propel his career forward.
For dental school, Dr. Crawford attended Howard University and graduated in 2007. Before that, he went to Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, getting a degree in business. Dr. Crawford likes to combine those two specialties with Fenton Family Dental.
Our core values are: love, learn, thrive, teach. When you come into the office, you’ll see some of the team wearing t-shirts with these values. Those core values mean a lot to the team, and everyone tries to live up to them as much as they can every day. Anyone who has really tried to live up to high ideals knows that you will fail sometimes, but it’s the journey that gets you there. For the team that works here, we try to provide them with real blueprints on how to exemplify love, learn, thrive, teach as much as possible. We have listed out 25 ways on a poster that is framed on the wall in our office. We believe we are getting better at these goals every day.
In terms of dentistry here at Fenton Family Dental, our practice specializes in smile design, implants, Invisalign®, traditional dental work, and all of it is based in digital dentistry. Our practice is going to show you exactly what’s happening, take digital photos, and show you on scans. Our goal is for you to be part of this discovery journey that helps us not only explain dentistry but choose a solution that will work for your health goals. Again, digital dentistry is the basis for everything we do.
Dr. Crawford has a wife and three kids. They live in Virginia to be closer to their two step-kids. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Crawford attended St. Vincent Pallotti High School in Laurel to play basketball, which is a huge, huge passion in his life. He still plays basketball four to five times a week!
Dr. Crawford’s kids are now 20, 15, and 5. The two eldest are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters. His younger child is doing an assortment of sports but plays a lot of tennis and basketball. Dr. Crawford’s wife is also a dentist, and a dentist in the practice. They met at a previous job at Neibauer Dental Care.
Oluwaseun Odutola, DDS
Dr. Oluwaseun Odutola is an amicable and passionate dentist who has long viewed dentistry as the perfect intersection of medicine and art. A native of Chesterfield, VA, Dr. Odutola earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, MD 2020. Dr. Odutola’s desire to expand his scope of medical knowledge alongside clinical dentistry led him to complete a general practice residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY, in 2021.
Dr. Odutola has a passion for teaching and believes that providing optimal oral health care education is inextricably bound to making patients feel heard, comfortable, and empowered with knowledge so that the doctor may execute a treatment plan appropriate for their desires and anatomical presentations. Knowing that dentistry is an ever-evolving field, Dr. Odutola prioritizes attending CE courses and study groups and to date, has completed courses in comprehensive treatment planning, Invisalign, and digital dentures with aspirations for more. Dr. Odutola embraces Fenton Family Dental’s core values: to love, learn, and thrive. Dr. Odutola is fluent in both English and Spanish and is excited to see new patients.
Outside of the dental chair, Dr. Odutola enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fitness training, learning history, and discovering other cultures.
TANYA JADHAV, DMD
Dr. Tanya Jadhav earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Master of Dental Surgery in periodontology from India, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. She stays up to date through continuing education courses to better serve her patients. Dr. Jadhav joined Fenton Family Dental in 2021 and feels fortunate to be a part of a profession where she can help patients smile with confidence and help them reach their dental goals and dreams.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jadhav enjoys traveling, cooking, painting, and mosaic artwork, as well as spending time with her husband, Amit Chavan.
Yohan Arambepola, DMD
Dr. Yohan Arambepola is a dedicated dental professional with a passion for crafting beautiful smiles and a commitment to clinical excellence. Graduating with honors from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Yohan’s educational journey started from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, where he obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015.
Driven by his love for dentistry and his patients, Dr. Yohan actively seeks opportunities for continuous education. He has undertaken specialized implant and Invisalign courses, demonstrating his dedication to advancing his clinical skills to provide the best possible treatments for his patients.
Dr Yohan’s aspiration to become a general dentist was inspired by his doctor parents and an early exposure to patient care, instilling in him a lifelong dedication to helping others.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Dr. Yohan is a passionate sports enthusiast and shares a love for travel with his wife.
Madhuri Uppuluri, DDS
Dr. Madhuri Uppuluri is a dedicated and compassionate dental professional who earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University. She began her dental journey in India, receiving her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in 2017, and later expanded her expertise by completing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Texas A&M University in 2020.
Dr. Uppuluri is committed to providing comprehensive dental care, with a special interest in oral health education and esthetic dentistry. She finds great joy in helping patients achieve their healthiest and most confident smiles. As a lifelong learner, she is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly seeks opportunities to enhance her skills through continuing education.
In her free time, Dr. Uppuluri loves to travel and explore new cultures, drawing inspiration from these experiences. She also enjoys painting and other forms of art, which she feels naturally complement the creative side of dentistry.
Maaz Amjed, DMD
Dr. Maaz Amjed combines strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their care. He earned his DMD from Nova Southeastern University and holds a master’s in biomedical science from Rutgers University. With a focus on restorative and cosmetic dentistry, he takes pride in creating healthy, natural-looking smiles and making dental visits feel straightforward and stress-free.
He speaks English, Urdu, Pashto, Hindi, Punjabi, and Hindko, and values building trust with every patient through honest communication and a personalized approach.
Outside of work, Dr. Amjed enjoys learning new techniques to grow as a dentist, spending time with family, and going fishing on the weekends.
Naeem Motlagh, DMD, MDSc
Dr. Naeem Motlagh is a prosthodontist born and raised on the Space Coast of Florida. He attended the University of Florida for undergraduate and dental school (Go Gators!) and graduated in the top 10% of his doctoral class, earning him the distinction of Cum Laude on top of other awards such as High Research Honors, the LD Pankey award for prosthodontics and periodontics, and the Pierre Fauchard award for academic achievement in dentistry.
After dental school, he decided to pursue the specialty of prosthodontics to learn how to help patients with even the most challenging dental problems, and due to his passion for both the surgical and restorative sides of dental implants. Prosthodontists are also dental specialists focusing on both cosmetics and long-term health and functionality. Matching into one of the nation’s top postdoctoral residencies in prosthodontics at the University of Connecticut, he was trained under some of the world’s experts in the field. After three years of rigorous training, he earned his master’s in dental sciences, as well as certificates in prosthodontics and dental implant surgery.
Dr. Motlagh’s surgical expertise and artistic skill span various treatment options, including All-on-4/6 dental implant treatments, smile makeovers, dentures, crowns, onlays, and veneers. He is known for his gentle, friendly, and compassionate demeanor in treating patients, always keeping their comfort and well-being as his top priority. He is also very passionate about science and education, having given lectures on many topics in the field of dentistry, teaching dental students in the clinic, and publishing articles in the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Dentistry and the Journal of Virology.
Dr. Motlagh is also fluent in Spanish. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Motlagh is a big foodie, enjoying both cooking and trying new foods. In addition, he loves getting outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Han eol “Steven” Eom, DDS
Dr. Han eol “Steven” Eom completed his dental training at New York University College of Dentistry. Finding passion in oral rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry, he then pursued a postgraduate prosthodontics residency program in the U.S. Army, receiving a certificate in prosthodontics and a Master of Science degree at the Eisenhower U.S. Medical Center at Fort Eisenhower, GA. After seven years of active duty service, Dr. Eom decided to separate from the Army and settle down in Maryland/Virginia with his wife and two children.
Dr. Eom strongly believes in partnering with his patients to provide the best possible treatment. He always seeks to understand the needs and desires of each person and takes time to explain procedures and reasons for specific treatments. He is also a perfectionist when it comes to dental esthetics and always strives for a natural smile that is unique to everyone.
When he is not working, he loves spending time with his family. He is also passionate about traveling and taking photos, and occasionally staying up all night for Milky Way time-lapse photography.
